Individual differences, environmental scanning, innovation framing, and champion behavior: key predictors of project performance
Article Abstract:
Research describing key factors in predicting the performance levels of innovation projects is presented. Four predictors are analysed, namely environmental scanning, champion behavior, innovation framing and identifying individual differences.
