Knowledge relatedness and post-spin-off growth
Article Abstract:
A study of Finnish firms reveals that knowledge transfer should kept at an intermediate level to ensure optimum productivity. An increase or decrease in the volume of knowledge transfer from the parent firm would seriously affect the spin-off firms.
