Let's hear it for competition harmony

Article Abstract:

Despite the fact that most business has become global, most competition law is focused on national aspects only. Regulators are finally beginning to look internationally. There need to be more initiatives to fight against anti-competitive practices.

Crooks should do time for competition crime

Many developed countries have framed criminal prosecution to preserve competition and consumer welfare. The role of Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (ACCC) in framing these laws is discussed.
