Long-distance resellers can cut phone costs

Article Abstract:

Small business enterprises can cut their long-distance telephone bill 10% to 25% by contracting with any of 1,000 reseller instead of one of the major companies. The nature of resellers is described and tips are given to help small business owners decide if using resellers would be feasible.
