Mid-size firm looks for a balance between size and agility

Pannell Kerr Forster does not plan to merge with any large accounting firms in the future. Merging with smaller accounting firms could take place. The firm does not want its operations curtailed or slowed in any way which it would if it had to merge with a larger firm wits its different partners' viewpoints.
