There are many ways that can be done to save and gain more money. Some advice presented are that board members should check their corporate bylaws for provisions that they shall be indemnified for expenses due to stockholder suits. Stop orders should be written because of a bank's tendency to accept oral stop orders but disregards liability if it inadvertently honors a check. Still another way is by dividing the estate equally among spouses since an estate's initial $600, 000 is not subject to federal estate tax.
