New EDS cheif is shaking up a tough culture
Article Abstract:
At Electronic Data Systems Corp., the new CEO has taken no time in taking charge. Richard H. Brown has let it be known that he is unwilling to tolerate losing market share in the computer services industry. He has been doing what the other directors at EDS have been lokking for. Through E-Mail, he communicates to his employees and asks all to participate in an effort to cut costs and feel more active in the roll of the company. It seems an enthusiastic leader has taken it upon himself to turn EDS around.
