The Securities and Exchange Commission filed fraud charges against the Foundation for New Philanthropy, which filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy, claiming that the organization was a pyramid scheme. A judge ruled that the bankruptcy status should be changed and all the company's assets liquidated.

Lobbyist pleads guilty in Espy case
