Eskimo Joe restaurant and bar has grown from a typical college-town hangout into a 9000-square-foot restaurant and bar, which hires about 200 people. Owner Stan Clark also sells clothes bearing the restaurant's logo - an eskimo named Joe and his dog, Buffy.
