Obstacles to TQM implementation in Mexico's Maquiladora industry

The barriers faced by firms in Mexico's Maquiladora industry based on 25 potential obstacles to TQM success are investigated and the findings are compared with the US firms. The results show that many obstacles to TQM implementation are common to both the countries
