The stress of juggling work and family could be harmful to the employee but those who experience facilitation are eager to face their jobs and families. W ork-family conflicts are differentiated from work -family facilitation by accentuating the positive outcomes gained from balancing multiple roles.

Are leadership positions with high turnover rates "haunted"?
Article Abstract:
The career histories of 1,400 executives from 169 unique firms are analyzed to investigate the effect of position imprints to turnover rates of successors. It is found that turnover rates are higher when successors follow position creators with atypical backgrounds.
