Article Abstract:
Benton Harbor, MI-based food distribution company Ecker and Associates Inc. boasts its own new kind of road warrior, Jerry Ecker, who battles daily business while transversing the freeway system of Benton Harbor. Chrysler to hold line on Grand Cherokee prices for 1999 model
Article Abstract:
Chrysler Corp. announced that prices for its redesigned 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee will remain essentially the same as they were on the 1998 model. The car maker's decision to hold prices is a reflection of the growing competition in the sport-utility vehicle market. It also shows the increasing pressure in the auto industry to provide added features without raising prices. The Grand Cherokee Laredo will be priced at $26,220 for the two-wheel drive model and $28,190 for the four-wheel version.
