Testing to uncover unfair hiring
Article Abstract:
The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission has been accepting job-discrimination charges from testers, who look for discrimination by applying for jobs they do not intend to take, since 1990. Steps that employers should take to ensure nondiscriminatory hiring are discussed.
