Successful Australian business leaders and managers of the future will need to adapt to the particular environment of the business and to the four factors that will create that environment. Speed refers to the pace of transactions between stakeholders. Content is the type of work performed. Structure is the relationship between stakeholders. Motivation refers to the human factor involved in speed, content, and structure.
