Connecticut Mutual Life Insurance Co, the US Chamber of Commerce and 'Nation's Business' magazine selected 198 small businesses to receive the Blue Chip Enterprise title. Many of the businesses attributed their success to the principles of quality management. Winners from each state are listed.
