Stephen Moignard, managing director of the telecommunications company Davnet, which is valued at 1.1 billion Australian dollars, holds 18% of its stock and is worth 195 million Australian dollars. Moignard had a varied career until he developed Davnet in 1998 and with capital gained from the company's subsequent flotation on the market he is hoping to expand into Asia.
