The benefits of a marketing strategy were made clear to Derek Longhurst when his company, CVA Film and Television, earned increased business after hiring marketing consultant Marian Bartsch. The corporate video service company posted turnover of $324,000 during the 1995-96 period, but the company was able to generate $1.5 million in turnover during the 1997-98. Bartsch was hired in Dec 1995.
