Congress labor measure cleared, signed
Article Abstract:
The House, in a unanimous vote, passed the Congressional Accountability Act on Jan 17, 1995. The bill extends labor laws to 30,000 Congressional workers and gives them the right to sue if their rights are violated. Pres Clinton signed the measure on Jan 23, 1995.
