With the Office Depot account, DeVito/Verdi will get a chance to play in the big leagues
Article Abstract:
Still considered small by New York ad agency standards, DeVito/Verdi bills about $115 million a year and employees 86 people. It just won "Best Small Agency" for the 4th consecutive year as voted by the American Assoc. of Adv. Agencies. Now it will get national exposure due to its winning the Office Depot account. The two founders believe they wouldn't be where they are today if they had accepted a dull finanacial account back in the early days, even though the account was going to be worth $16 million in billings.
