Nick Fish, founder of integrated software company FishTech and Partners, has built his company quickly and with products using new terminology. Fish has used the term "enterprise information innovation" (EII) to set apart his products from the "enterprise application integration" market. Smith has had many offers for his company, which had a turnover of $13 million in 1998-1999, but he has resisted, though he does plan to sell equity in exchange for strategic partnerships.
