Article Abstract:
Japan's prime minister Junichiro Koizumi, in spite of his strong leadership skills has brought no major structural changes as promised. Despite of experiencing any real reform in the country, Koizumi has few followers to his credit. The slewed rating of Koizumi's approval among the voters is analyzed.
