Article Abstract:

Campbell and Arnott's new medical centers in Arbroath and Penicuik are illustrating the trend towards increasing variety of services that centers accommodate. Both Arbroath and Penicuik provide separate zones for each medical group, with their own waiting areas and both concentrate patient services on the ground floor with in-house and community-care staff on a smaller floor.

Barking's 1960s civic hall has a new clarity of purpose and a contemporary quality as The Broadway Theatre. This is mainly due to Tim Foster Architects, who was selected in the year 2000 to undertake a feasibility study for remodeling the auditorium, for pound sterling 750,000.
