AUSTRIA: DARBO EXPECTS UPTURN

The Austrian jam and honey maker Darbo expects turnover to reach Sch 880mn in year 2001. In year 2000 the company's turnover fell from Sch 777.6mn to Sch 769.7mn, which is explained with the streamlining of product range. The company is now concentrating on branded products. Profit on ordinary activities rose from Sch 34.9mn to Sch 39.2mn.
