Trawling for telcos

Article Abstract:

InfoInterActive (IIA) offers Internet Call Manager (ICM), a computer software which enables users to manage phone calls as they use their single phone line to stay connected online. ICM launches a pop-up window to announce an incoming call, and provides the user with numerous options to handle the call. These consist of either answering the call, forwarding the call to another number, sending the caller to the user's voice mailbox or play any of two recorded messages to the caller. IIA is targeting ICM at end-users, investors, and distribution and service-provider partners.
