Alpentherme Payerbach: Privatanleger /
Article Abstract:
Private investors around Wolfgang Kubat are proposing the construction of a big spa complex in Payerbach, Austria. More private investors are being sought for the Sch 1.1bn project that is to be built between spring 1999 and May 2001. The 14-hectare complex that is said to become the biggest centre for alternative medicine in Europe, will comprise thermal spas, 600 bungalows and five-star suites, restaurants, and facilities for seminars and cultural and leisure activities. The bungalows are to be sold to private investors and leased back for a 15-year period. The Lower Austrian government is making the approval of the project conditional on feasibility and environmental impact studies.
