Article Abstract:

The reluctance of the Asian property market to allow foreign investments may be crumbling due to the need of many property developers for hard cash. Many economic analysts believe that foreign investments may pave the way for the recovery of the Asian property market, but Asian economic observers rue the fact that the foreign investments are coming at a time when Asia's property prices are fetching at fire-sale prices. Many foreign companies and investors are cashing in on Asia's property market, hoping that the region's recovery could brings substantial returns on their investments.
