Assets in motion

Article Abstract:

Delta Lloyds (DL) (Netherlands), investment bank, has ended its investments in the power firm CEZ (Prague, Czech Republic). DL held about 180,000 shares in CEZ with a market value of about 350,000 EUR through its fund Danube. A reason for DL's leaving from CEZ is an increase in tension among ecologists and the management of CEZ due to the construction of Temelin Nuclear Power Station (TNPS). If CEZ will insist on the completion of TNPS, DL will not invest in the firm.

Temelin Nuclear Power Station, CEZ A.S.
