Permira deal for Arysta may stir private equity in Japan
Article Abstract:
British investment firm Permira Advisors L.L.P. will buy Arysta LifeScience Corp., a Japanese agricultural chemical firm, for approximately $2.2 bil. Permira will finance the deal with $900 mil in equity and loans from financial institutions.
