Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria S.A. of Spain is breaking into the American Hispanic market by offering cross border services and credit cards to Mexican immigrants working in the United States. Many Hispanic Americans send moneys home to Mexico and the Spanish bank sees a new market niche.
