GAP sold Baan shares prior to news

General Atlantic Partners (GAP) sold off up to 1.55 million shares, worth $20 million, in Baan Co., before the latter's chief executive announced his resignation. The shares were also sold before Baan forecasted that it would post a higher-than-expected loss.
