Belgian experiment: Make prostitution legal to fight its ills

Prostitution is being legalized in Antwerp, Belgium in a pioneering effort by the European Union to reduce crime. The "tolerance zone" has helped to reduce prostitution-related crime by 44 percent since 2001.

ABB to sell stakes to cut debt

Article Abstract:

ABB Ltd. announced that it will sell some power plant and infrastructure stakes in order to reduce its debt. Such a divestment could raise as much as $500 million (456.1 million euros) for the company.
