Magneti Marelli aims to firm core via 2 deals

In order to strengthen it's core business, Italian automotive electrical equipment company, Magneti Marelli, S.p.A., has agreed to acquire Gruppo Seima, an automobile lighting company. It will also sell its lubricants division to Doughty Hanson and Co, a British private equity fund.
