Article Abstract:

A row of confusion has currently taken on British Columbia, with regard to complete biodiversity of the salmon stocks or a viable fishing industry. The fishery on Fraser Sockeye was never opened and fisherman have been told by environmentalists on the emphasis on biodiversity issues at the fishery.

Pacific salmon get more protection

Article Abstract:

Canada is planning to spend C$5.2 million for improving its new catch monitoring system and carrying out scientific research. Substantial amount there from will be used on programs related to protection of Fraser River salmons.
