Kalisto Entertainment's Nicolas Gaume is trying to help France's struggling high-tech industry to grow. He founded and grew his software company, and he is seeking changes to tax laws that stifle the growth of his and similar companies in France. Gaume is seen as a visionary by many, and there are some encouraging signs that his efforts have helped change France's policy toward high-tech companies.
