Article Abstract:
A year after ING, the Dutch financial empire, took on Barings, the banking group is once again in good shape, mainly due to the leadership of chairman Hessel Lindenberg. Bringing it out of bankruptcy required 200 million pounds sterling of fresh capital, and a new infrastructure was created.
