Building a global presence

Article Abstract:

Price Waterhouse's entertainment, media and communications department has been focusing on business outside the very large telecommunications and media deals, according to John Harley, world head of these activities at Price Waterhouse. He has been seeking to expand the company's global presence, and has emphasized the need to build on local strength. He accepts that some issues are being overlooked as the leading accounting firms merge and become increasingly international in their activities.
