Article Abstract:
This article describes efforts by Hu Jintao and Wen Jiabao to change public attitudes toward China's leaders. Hu and Wen have even supported expansion of some human rights, such as ownership of property. However, the Communist Party is not willing to allow more political freedom in China.

Jiang Zemin was the president of China for thirteen years. Now that he has retired from the post it is time to take stock of the situation. Although considered as one time as a transitional leader, Jiang changed China very much.
