Defence folly
Article Abstract:
The prospect that US Pres George Bush may not oppose an expansion of Chinese nuclear-missile capability as long as China ends its opposition to US missile-defence plans is worrying. The US has also hinted that it might not oppose China if it were to start nuclear testing again.
