The waterfront in Reykjavik, Iceland, will be developed into a town area including flats, offices and stores. Investments will total about DKr 1bn (USD 120mn). The building area is 50,000 sq. metres, and the number of flats 250. The major Icelandic company Eimskip is the developer.

DENMARK: CAPITAL INJECTION INTO JEUDAN

Article Abstract:

Through a capital injection, equity capital of the Danish real estate company Jeudan will increase to DKr 380mn (USD 51mn). All 2.29mn new shares, valued at DKr 130 each, have been signed for.
