Article Abstract:
Studies show that common symptoms of fatigue, mood swings, and obesity among women in age group of thirties and forties is due to the trans fatty acids found in processed foods. Some of the ways to fight these ailments include increasing intakes of nuts and fish to combat mood swings, chromium rich foods for putting a check on weight gain, and using Asian spices for easing body aches and digestive sufferings.

Women of 21st century suffer from more fatigue, irritability and aches than their mothers and grandmothers before them because of the disturbances in the body caused by the trans fats in modern convenience foods. Cellular inflammation can be avoided by using simple tips to cure chromic tiredness, to reduce aches and to cure belly bloat and gas.
