Double exposure
Article Abstract:
Two Hollywood movies will soon bring the story of the Dalai Lama, Tibet's wandering Buddhist leader, to audiences worldwide. "Seven Years in Tibet", based on Heinrich Harrer's autobiographical account of the same name, will star Brad Pitt. "Kundun", written by ET scriptwriter Melissa Mathison, takes a purist's approach and focuses on the Dalai Lama himself, with only Asians cast. Both plan to begin filming in India this year, after five years or more of planning. The Lama has approved of both ventures.
