EADS names Daimler's Grube as co-chairman

DaimlerChrysler AG's Rudiger Grube has been named the new co-chairman of European Aeronautic Defence and Space Co. Grube has been a member of the board for the past four years. His focus will be improving the performance of EADS's ailing aircraft unit, Airbus S.A.S.
