Euronext makes LSE pitch
Article Abstract:
Euronext UK PLC is negotiating to acquire the London Stock Exchange in a competing bid with Deutsche Borse AG. If successful it would become Europe's largest stock-market operator. Euronext UK PLC reports it could better cut costs and increase revenue synergies than its rival Deutsche Borse AG.
