Danish company Schur Pack has acquired Swedish company AB Cerbo's cardboard packing factory in Kumla, Sweden. The factory will continue operations under the name Schur Pack Sweden AB. The acquisition will strengthen Schur Pack's production and marketing capacity in Sweden.
