The French company Sar Ocean has introduced frozen seafood products. The company has introduced a wide range of products such as salt cod pounded with garlic, oil and cream, cod with browned cheese topping, bouillabaisse. It also plans to fish add croquettes, nuggets, and match-stick pieces, as well as pre-fried breaded fillets. Sar Ocean expects to produce a full line of products in order to develop its exports and to gain entry to the supermarkets and hypermarkets channel.
