Account planning is the complete planning of strategy, creative design, research, budget and so on, which when done thoroughly would allow the agencies to take the decisions for the clients. However with time and money constraints and lack of in depth research work, account planning has not been able to live up to its promise. In todayEs world of mass multi-media communications, account planning is a necessity.
