Flats for sale - cheep
Article Abstract:
There are currently around 842 apartments under construction in the business district of Sydney, Australia, with a further 6,100 units having been approved for the city as a whole. This means that there is strong competition among property developers, and they are having to offer unique features to attract potential purchasers. These include a library for residents and room service. However, these features are generally reflected in the price of the property.

Chicken's off
Article Abstract:
Concerns about the safety of eating chicken prompted by the bird flu outbreak in Hong Kong have led to a sharp rise in sales of pork and fish. It has become difficult to meet demand, and this has pushed up prices. Restaurants have had to offer a wider range of fish, seafood, pork and vegetable dishes, and some establishments have been keen to emphasize that they are not serving chicken at all. The outlook for poultry traders remains bleak.
