Article Abstract:

Rannoch has further enhanced the features of its multilateration surveillance system, called AirScene, to provide an airport advanced surface management guidance and control system. Equipped with multilateration/ADS-B technologies, the system provides terminal surveillance and identification, and tracking of taxiing aircraft. In Dec 2000, Rannoch received a contract to install AirScene at Tokyo-Haneda Airport.

Spatiale Software Solutions' (3SI) flight briefing system is a software that provides aviation tracaking and flight briefing information for air traffic controllers and airport support services. The software is already being used by the Amsterdam Schiphol Airport. Meanwhile, the US-based company has secured a contract to provide flight service stations throughout Canada with its flight briefing system.
