For Time Warner, Case floats idea of four-way split

Time Warner Inc. of the United States is considering breaking up into four separate companies, AOL, Time Inc., Time Warner Cable and Time Warner Entertainment after the ill-fated merger of Time Warner Inc. and America Online. The suggestion comes from Steve Case a Member of the Board of Directors and largest shareholder.
