Former board members and top executives of the bankrupt airline carrier, Swissair of Switzerland, are facing mismanagement and other charges. Included in the litigation are former chief executive officers Mario Corti and Philippe Bruggisser, as well as former board member Lukas Muhlemann. The airline faced losses in subsidiaries in France and Portugal as well as higher costs for jet fuel.
